a new tomorrow.
in times of crisis, decisions have to be made. i wouldnt say its crisis now. but its one of the worst period of my life i've ever been through. and because of this, i have decided to change for the better. so today, when i sat out of training, i thought of the things i should and shouldnt do. this change is essential to make sure i dont regret in future. i'm not say i wont regret anything in future. but i'll be happy to have one less regret.
so after much thinking, i came up with the following:
1.) i will not drink more than 1 litre of alcohol a month. 2.) i will not drink unless its a special occasion. (a small gathering is considered special though.) 3.) i will not smoke for the rest of my life no matter how stress i am. (this will require everyone i know de help, u know what to do if i mention anything bout smoking) 4.) as much as i wish to improve my english and as much as i love reading, i will not read until the wee hours before i sleep and wake up in the afternoon. 5.) i will try to do 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups every alternate days. if possible, increase. 6.) i will put in my 100% in training. 7.) i will not spend more than $150 a week on entertainment. (including food & shopping of course) 8.) i will try to get my life back on track as soon as possible. 9.) i will resume my life to what everyone else is. sleep at night, wake up in morning. 10.) i will not let stupid ppl bother me. 11.) if i do not have my own family by 40, i will make my escape. =)
