wee.!

as i said, im gonna spend my whole day slacking (as if i dont usually).
but today's gonna be ultra ultra slacking la. lol.
so i manage to sleep for 10 hours.! =)))
even though compared to ppl like lyn and reen, its nth.
but to me its something.! lol

so i had my breakfast while watching miami vice.
its the kinda hot chics and fast cars kinda movie i think hazel will like.
so its the usuall CIA/FBI bust up of some drug dealers movie.
i think the only thing special about this movie is colin farrel's long hair.
he looks extremely hot with that hair.
but facial hair a little too much.
overall is cool though.
first time i felt he looked good.

then there's gong li.
at 40 years of age, she is still going strong.!
very strong actually.
people always compare her with zhang ziyi.
or so hollywood ppl say, ziyi, zhang. lol. u're chinese.! forget it.
but pls, they dont belong to the same calibre.
ppl have been saying gong li's time is over, and its now zhang ziyi's era.
i beg to differ though.
yes i agree if gong li wishes to conqure hollywood, she's gotta improve her english.
the only other thing zhang has in her advatange over gong li is time and youth.
gong li broke into the hollywood market at a relatively old age.
so time's against her.
but common', does she look like 40 to anyone of you.?
definitely not me.

i think the strongest point of gong li is her experience.
but one other thing gong li has that zhang doesnt is sex appeal.
from miami vice alone, we can see her sex appeal oozing at every scene.
zhang's just kinda boring and plastic face that only knows how to show her wide smile.
oh she has yellow teeth. =)
for me, gong li's the woman.!

furthermore, in memoirs of a geisha, gong li's definitely is high up there on the sex appeal. zhang just cmi.

the results for sentosa's IR bid is out.!
genting won it.
well well.
here what i feel:
1. genting winning only goes to show how broad our govt's minds are. they're still very conservative and prefer safe routes like the usual theme park kinda thing. its so typical for me. i wanted harry's island or the other sails thing to win. coz it shows our govt are really challenging the aspect and willing to go for innovation and creativity. so much so for encouraging creativity in singapore.! hah.
2. but then again, it shows we have a very transparent and fair govt. they didnt not let genting win just because they have something against m'sia.
according to the reports, genting won becoz of tourism appeal. and maybe they really won according to the criteria the govt set.
but all's been decided.
we're gonna have the world's largest marine aquarium thingy.
move over underwater world.! lol.

so im gonna slack for the rest of the day.!
manchester united derby tonight at 8.30.! =)))
